Today, I am going to tell you about three most effective tips to wake up early in morning- 
 
       1. Alarmy- 
           There is an app on Play Store called 'alarmy'. so, from just installing this app nothing is going to happen. so, you have to do a task in this app then only the alarm will be off. so, best task is to do maths equations you have to set 10 to 15 equation yes 10 to 15 Not 3 or 4 equation and set the standard of equations to very easy like 3 + 4 ,2 + 1,6 + 2 .believe me this is one of the best way to wake up early because when you will be solving these equations till then you and your subconscious mind will wake up.

  2. Thinking-
        You have not thinking makes very much sense in our life.
Firstly you have to try to sleep early, but if you also cannot sleep early, do not think that at night that you cannot wake up early. if you sleep at 1:00 a.m. then also you can  wake up at 5:00 a.m. and slowly slowly your subconscious mind will have then automatical alarm of 5:00 a.m.
3. Eating-
      Firstly, you should try to eat your dinner before sunset, but I know in today's world most of a cannot do this to try to eat as early as possible. You do not have to eat anything after 10:00 p.m. . And you do not have to drink much water at sleeping time otherwise you have to get up and middle of night to urinate. and this will disturb you are sleep. so friends, these were the three types that will help you to wake up early and trust me number 1.
