WHAT ARE CONFLICT BETWEEN ISRAEL AND PALESTINE?

 So, most of us know about the conflicts between Israel and Palestine , but we didn't know the thousands years of history behind it. so today, I am going to write about what this conflict actually is —

HISTORY — we all know that Jesus , was born in Jerusalem which is in today's Israel. Christians and many other religions hated Jewish from many centuries because, they believe that Jews crucified jejus and many more reasons. jews were scattered all over the world, but after 1800 AD, this hatred towards Jews grew very much so, all around the World Jews thought that they should make their own country as the Jews country and live there.

One Austrio-Hungarian journalist THEODOR HERZL published a pamplet in 1896 in which ,he wrote about new political movement which was ZIONISM — this means Jews should get their on country.

1881- because of these moments first large scale migration was seen in 1881 in which many Jews came together and settled in area of Palestine. they choose this area because it was very holy area for Jewish because of Jerusalem, at that time there was no Israel this Palestine region came under Ottoman empire in which all Jews Christians and Muslims lived peacefully.

1915 - at the time of World war 1 British, French, and Arab revolutionaries were fighting against Ottoman Empire.Arabs wanted a single big nation from Syria to Yemen of only Arabs and British promise to help them by signing mcmohan Hussain correspondence and also British sign Balfour declaration with Jews that British will help them to make their own country after World war 1.

so , by these double standard tactics British got support of Arab and jews.

AFTER WORLD WAR 1 / 1918 - Whole Palestine was under British region by winning the World war 1 as the skyes-picot agreement between Britain and France. So, it was from 1918 to 1948 as agreement. by this time , Adolf Hitler came in power in Germany. so, because of Hitler's torture Jewish begin to leave from Germany some went to America, as refugees. but a lot of them went to Palestine region at first British allowed them to come to Palestine but later British denied.

1947- British gave up the control of Palestine, because of growing conflict between jews and Arabs of Palestine and leave on United Nations to do partition-

1947 UN PARTITION PLAN-

45 % — Land will come under Arab control

55% — Land will come under Jews control

Jerusalem will be under International control because it was holy place for all 3 religions— Christians, Jews and Muslims.

But this plan of UN was never accepted by Arab Nations.

1948- Jews accepted plan of UN and named their land ISRAEL so now ISRAEL named country was made. But Arabs not agreed the UN plan and they started war against Israel.

1st ARAB-ISRAEL WAR OF 1948- 5 Arab Nations attacked on Israel but very surprisingly Israel defeated all of them. and in 1949 at end of war, Israel captured a major portion of Palestine including west jerusalem. Ghaza strip was won by Egypt and west bank by Jordan. so this means Palestinians have no place to live, so more than 7 lakh palestinians went to Arab Nations as refugees this is called 1949 Palestinian exodus.

1967 — 2nd ARAB-ISRAEL WAR — in this war also Israel again won, it was a 6 day war and not only Israel won it also take ghaza strip from Egypt and west bank from Jordan and also Israel occupied big peninsula of Egypt.

1964- PALESTINE LIBERATION ORGANIZATION (PLO) was established by palestinians because they have no place to live and they want a country of their own. at first they used armed forces and they do not want country like Israel to exist because of this US and Israel declared PLO, a terrorist organisation.

1973- 3rd ARAB-ISRAEL WAR — nothing much happened in this war, but in 1974 PLO was recognised by Arab league and the UN general assembly as the representative of palestinians.

1979- Peace talks happened between prime minister of Israel and President of Egypt. Egypt became the first Arab country to recognise Israel as a country. In return of this favour, Israel also gave back the peninsula of Egypt. both Egyptian president and prime minister of Israel got Nobel prize in 1978 for this peace initiative. but after 2 years ,Egyptian president was killed by his own Arab orthodox who did not wanted this peace.

Since 1967 more than 250 Israeli settlements and outputs have been established across the west bank including in Jerusalem , in contravention of international law. over 620,000 israelia lives in the occupied Palestinian territory. and both Palestine and UN were in oppose of this.

1992- YITZHAK RABIN, NEW PRIME MINISTER OF ISRAEL, he was a very nice man, he said that PLO is not a terrorist organisation, they just want their country we should give their country.

1993- in OSLO ACCORDS, both Israel and Palestine officially accepted one another. They also discussed there that how can they peacefully make Palestine.

1994- first time official government was established named— PALESTINIAN NATIONAL AUTHORITY, but until this time there were much Israeli people settled in region of west bank (which is in Palestine) and their very few palestinians. so west bank area was divided in further 3 small areas-

AREA 1- WHERE ISRAEL WILL CONTROL.

AREA 2- WHERE BOTH ISRAEL AND PALESTINE WILL CONTROL

AREA 3- WHERE PALESTINE WILL CONTROL

But in reality, Palestine people got very few land parts, but Israel and Palestine friendship has grown or we can say Hatred between them became less.

But in 1994, extreme right wing jews orthodox killed their PM. They said why to give even a small piece of land to Palestine.

Same happened in Palestine in 1986, when some orthodox palestinians make the group— HAMAS , this group wanted to finish style from the world map. This group has done many suicide bombing in Israel and boycotted the 1996 palestinians elections.

2002 — many protests begin to happen between both countries extremists and more than hundred people died and then , the israeli people who were living in West Bank made big walls around there houses, by this Palestinians begin have more problem in living there.

2006- the hamas group the election in Palestine in 2006 against official party of Palestine which was PLO/Fatah by very small margins , after 2006 civil war starts in Palestine between Hamas and Fatah.

2007- BATTLE OF GHAZA BETWEEN FATAH AND HAMAS by this ghaza strip goes to extremists hamas and west bank area goes with fatah party, who are non violent.

AT PRESENT— but as of now, we can see when Israel is attacked, it is attacked by this Ghaza strip extremists palestinians, Or by Hamas , west bank Palestinians are living in peace , but some extremists of Israel also says and tries to occupies whole west bank and wants to throw away Palestinians from their saying that Jerusalem is there holy place.

As of now, more than 6-7 lakhs Israelis lives in West Bank area.

MY VIEWS— THE WORLD MUST BE BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL PLACE TO LIVE , THE ISRAELIS IN WEST BANK AREA SHOULD NOT TRY TO SHOW THEIR DOMINANCE AND HAMAS GROUP IN GHAZA STRIP SHOULD NOT DO ATTACKS ON ISRAEL , MOST OF THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL AND PALESTINE WANTS TO LIVE PEACEFULLY AND HAPPILY.

MAKE WORLD A PEACEFUL PLACE TO LIVE.
